Calm your spirit, improve balance, and energize your life with Tai Chi. Raise your heart rate and improve strength with jazzercise. Enhance your personal wellness through our mini workshops or spend a weekend rediscovering yourself with one of our retreats. Couples can share in some intimate time together with our February couples workshops, Mothers can have a chance to spend precious time with daughters with our mom/daughter workshops. Women can bond with other women and find their goddess within with The Wellness Spa's signature Camp Goddess™ woman's retreat. Tai Chi at the Spa
On-going Class
Every Tuesday 5:30-6:30 pm: September - May at The Wellness Spa in Stevens Point. Easy to learn and do Tai Chi movements, breathing and meditation to calm the body and mind and help promote overall health, relaxation and internal healing. No experience needed, join in at any time. FREE and open to the public.

Jazzercise
On-going Class
This class incorporates cardio, strength, and stretching moves for a total body workout, taking moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, kick-boxing, and resistance training and bundling them into one hour of an exercise phenomenon..
