Answers to Frequently Asked Questions and Wellness Spa Policies
♥ How do I book a party?
- Have a couple of different dates in mind before talking with one of our spa coordinators; remember that Fridays and Saturdays fill quickly. Party times are available Monday – Friday from 9:00am-7:00pm or Saturdays from 9:00am-3:00pm. We can open on Sundays specifically for your group for an additional $50 onto the flat party rate. Parties run for 1½ hours.
- Choose the size of your party group. Parties may be scheduled for a minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 (including the guest of honor). There is no alternative minimum price. Additional guests over eight guests will be an additional charge.
- Please provide the name of the guest of honor and details of the event (birthday, special event, etc) so we can customize your personalized invitations which are included in your party price and will be sent to you once deposit is received.
- If you want a cake as part of your celebration, decide if you would like The Wellness Spa baker to make a special cake for you (we use Nancy's Cakes, LLC) or if you will be bringing in one of your own. *Please note: we request no ice cream cakes or dark-colored frosting as well as no other carry-ins of any kind.
- Decide if you would like The Wellness Spa to provide special gift bags for your guests. Gift bags are beautifully wrapped and include lip gloss, candy jewelry, bath or body product and a 'magic wand' or appropriately aged gift.
♥ What should the children wear?
The children do not need to undress – our couture costumes can be worn over a leotard or bathing suit. Therefore, we kindly request that your guests know they need to wear either a leotard or bathing suit.
♥ When do I need the final RSVP count?
We will need your final RSVP's no later than 5 days prior to the party. The number you give us helps us prepare for the party and provide the appropriate quantities of costumes, seating, party favors, etc.
♥ What if I need to cancel or postpone my party?
If you have to postpone your party, we will work with you to reschedule your party to another date. The Wellness Spa enforces a 7 day cancel/change policy on all parties. The $50.00 deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied towards the cost of another party if held within 90 days of the original party date. If you choose to cancel for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded. If it is necessary to resend invitations, there will be a charge of $1.50 per card.
