Watch for Classes and Events!

There are always wellness-focused classes and events happening at The Wellness Spa.  Keep an eye out for these as they are regularly posted and sent out through the Wellness Spa email list, but past class and events have included things like:

  • Regular Tuesday Tai Chi Class

  • Yoga Classes

  • Meditation Classes

  • Weekend Goddess Retreats

  • Couples Massage Classes

  • Salt Spa Forums

  • Weekend Qigong Trainings

This list is just a sample and be watching as we look to expand our offerings in connection with Destination Wellness and the Water Dragon Inn and Retreat Center in 2019 and beyond!

The Wellness Spa is continuing to develop exciting new programs as well as carry on long-standing favorites.

Join Deborah Adams in a weekly Tai Chi class.  “Movements are easy and flowing, and as she says, if you are doing something, you are doing it right.” No previous experience necessary.  Free and open to the public.  60 minutes – Free
