Description – It is easy to look outside ourselves for the answers we seek, but all the wisdom we will ever need is within us, if we are willing to be still and listen to our subtle inner voice. By utilizing yogic technology to quiet the mind and connect to our breath, with practice, meditation can open awareness, quiet chaos, improve sleep, and benefit overall health while learning to give ourselves permission to just BE. This class is intended for ages 12 and up, no prior experience needed.

Description – Dive deep on a journey into your body and bring forward heightened awareness and inner stillness through breath, sound, and yogic kriyas. Kundalini energy is divine energy that awakens the awareness which exists in us all. It is a call to make positive changes. When this happens, we can become who we are meant to be, and wake up to our destiny.
Kundalini yoga is a blend of yogic chanting, meditation with physical control, and the expression of power and energy. After a kundalini yoga class, you may feel like you’ve gone to therapy, worked out in the gym, and had a singing session with friends! Though you may feel relaxed afterward, the intent is not stillness and keeping quiet. In our unique Kundalini Awakening, you will learn to activate your energy centers by weaving your breath, sound, and movement into a cleansing and invigorating practice lead by our experienced yoga and sound dynamic duo.
Suitable for ages 16 and up. Waiver must be signed prior to class attendance. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.
Emotional Wellness Through Meditation & Ritual

Format: Pre-Pay or Drop-in. No guaranteed place without early sign-up/pre-pay.
Description – This weekly offering is the self-care you need to start the week off right! This is a time to set aside worries, lists, and obligations while giving yourself time and space to reset. Escape to this sacred space to relax and connect inwardly without distraction, a place where you can just be.
Each gathering is unique with a collection of various tools to facilitate this spiritual and emotional work: candlelit guided visual meditation, reflective journaling, sound healing, creative expression, and more. Sacred Soul is all about reflection, emotional wellness, and self-care. This is not meditation to quiet the mind, but to engage the mind in deep soul work that allows you to make the changes you want in your life, to face your truth, and to connect with your intuition.
No experience in meditation is required and all spiritual and gender expressions are welcome. Come as you are! $15 per class, or purchase 4 classes for $52 (save $8).
Things to Bring: Journal, pen, & whatever you need to comfortably relax and be cozy (yoga mat, pillow, cushion, blanket, etc.).

Format: Drop-in. Class begins promptly at 5:30 pm.
Free and Open to the Public – Easy to learn Tai Chi and Qigong movements, focused breathing & guided meditation to calm the body and mind and help promote relaxation, internal healing and overall wellness. No experience needed; a different class taught at a beginner level every week, so joining any time is easy and stress-free.
