Description: Knowing when to apply effort and when to let go and trust the process. We will dive deep into our breath and journey through our bodies with an invigorating Kundalini Flow. Kundalini is the pairing of rhythmic breathwork, mantras, kriyas, meditations, and mudras to tap into the eternal energy within. Using the power of breath and movement to awaken our energy centers and create balance within the chakras. Suitable for ages 16 and up. Waiver must be signed prior to class attendance. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.

Description: One of our most popular special events is back for fall time! Experience a full sound journey using a combination of crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, intentional mantras, meditation, and restorative yoga to soothe your body and mind while connecting your spirit to higher source and self. Allow sound and frequencies to impact you on a cellular level and awaken you to new heights while grounding you in calmness. This is a relaxing but impactful class. No prior yoga experience needed. Open to ages 16 and up. Please bring your own yoga mat & water bottle.

Description: Through the deep meditative benefits of yoga and breath work, paired with the healing properties of HaloTherapy or the natural respiratory and immune system strengthening provided within the Qi Garden Salt Spa, this is a powerfully beneficial class that can foster profound healing and overall wellness.
September 21 Theme: Wim Hof
The primary focus of this class is the breath. We will explore the healing and transformative benefits of the Wim Hof style of breathing and weave it throughout our yoga practice and into each asana (posture). Each pose will be paired with this technique to shake loose clutter in the mind and body, reduce stress, increase oxygen levels, boost immune system, and promote resiliency.
October 19 Theme: Restoration Gentle restorative practices with each pose will being supported by props so you can nestle in and completely relax. This will be paired with deep meditation (yoga nidra style) and breathwork for a full body reset. Combined with the natural respiratory benefits and healthy dose of negative ions that the salt spa provides, the overall result will restore and revive your body, mind, and spirit in the most relaxing way!
November 16 Theme: Kundalini
We will dive deep into our breath and journey through our bodies with an invigorating Kundalini flow. Kundalini is the pairing of rhythmic breathwork and Kriyas to tap into the eternal energy within.
December 14 Theme: Chakras
We will begin exploring the chakra centers through our body and breath coupled with a guided meditation. We will use this time to become aware of how each chakra holds space for different areas of our lives and where there may be imbalances. Each pose we settle into is in alignment with each chakra center with the intention of opening and balancing our physical and ethereal spaces.

Description: Your breath is your medicine. This Shamanic Breathwork Practice will lead you on a journey to enhance your awareness of your body and energy while fostering higher state of awareness. It will give you the opportunity to take a deep dive into your inner world to ease any tensions and release that which is stuck, stagnant or hindering your growth. Your experience will be guided in a safe and sacred space with gentle breath coaching and drumming.

Description: Our body is more than just physical and mental, it is also an energetic system of ‘wheels’ or discs of spinning energy often referred to as chakras. There are seven main chakras, from the root or base of your spine to the crown of your head. To function at our best, our chakras need to stay open or balanced. Using the power of crystal bowl sound meditation, gentle restorative yoga poses, and ‘Bija Mantras’ – voiced sounds associated with the chakra system – Tracy and Angela will take you on a journey into and through your chakras, giving extra focused time and attention at each of the seven chakras to allow you to connect with your inner and outer voice as you bring balance and harmony to your entire being. Powerfully relaxing.
No prior yoga experience needed. Open to ages 16 and up. Please bring your own mat & water bottle. $40

Description: Join Deborah while she guides you through a special Qigong ancestorial ritual to honor, forgive and have gratitude for those who have passed on or are not physically with us anymore. Using the Chinese Medicine Wheel ritual of cycling through the seasons, directions, elements and internal organs, this class will additionally use the energy and specialness of this evening to infuse love into our cells and souls with the deep power of sound and frequency as Angela plays a variety of instruments; gong, drumming, chimes, and wave-drum throughout the ritual with the option of a personal ‘drum bath’ towards the end of this special event. Qigong is one of the most profound tools for fostering a connection with your true essence and cultivating the wisdom of the body and creative vision of the mind – paired with live music and beautiful intention, this will be a powerful candlelit event. No experience needed. Ages 14 and up. Class will be done standing – please wear comfortable clothing and supportive clean shoes or barefoot is optional.

Cost: $75 per pair/couple
Description: Thai massage, also known as Thai yoga massage or assisted yoga, doesn’t use oils or kneading like traditional massage. Instead, your therapist helps you perform passive stretches and yoga poses to promote well-being by using their body to assist and guide you throughout. This may include use of hands, elbows, forearms and feet to help prop and reduce tension in your muscles. This type of massage also focuses on the internal energy pathways in the body which can be affected by the movements and stretches.
In this partner workshop, you will learn various Thai Massage techniques and sequences to use on each other, that help to improve range of motion, circulation, energetic flow and overall wellbeing. We will utilize acupressure points along the Sen lines of the body to promote healthy energetic flow and restore the body in areas where there is stuck or stagnant energy. Workshop price – $75 per pair/couple.
No experience in mediation or yoga required. Workshop open to ages 16 and up.
Things to Bring: Yoga mat & whatever you need to comfortably relax (pillow, cushion, blanket, etc.) If you do not have your own yoga mat, we will supply what’s needed.

Description: Join us for a Theta Wave experience! Combining the powerful medicine of sound healing and the deep meditative grounding of Yoga Nidra, this class will take you on a deep dive into your body and mind. Allow yourself to travel through frequency, with our expert sound healing musician Tracy, who will take you on a soothing sound journey. While you are drifting through sound, Angela will take you on a deep dive into your body and mind. Yoga Nidra is specifically designed to calm the sympathetic system in your body, which in turn, works to conserve and restore energy. You can feel immediate physical benefits like reduced stress, better sleep and this style of yoga can even aid in healing deep psychological wounds. Give your body a molecular massage and clear your mind of clutter, allowing yourself to open up to clarity and calmness and improve overall awareness. No prior yoga experience needed. Description: Tune into your visions through creativity, meditation, and intention setting in this relaxed vision board workshop. Working independently with gentle guidance, we will create a vision board that highlights your goals, dreams, and heart’s path in a relaxed and laid back environment. Vision boards are a fun and visually pleasing way to set goals, reflect on what you want in life, and tune into your values and affirmations.
All supplies provided, but feel free to bring any extras that you want to use for even more of a personalized board.
Enjoy this relaxing afternoon with Angela while she guides you into balancing your mind, body, and soul while you allow yourself to open up to joy and a sense of well-being, clarity and future mindset in this interactive afternoon workshop! Description: Just BE Meditation ~ FREE Class 5:30-5:55pm it is easy to look outside ourselves for the answers we seek, but all the wisdom we will ever need is within us, if we are willing to be still and listen to our subtle inner voice. By utilizing yogic technology to quiet the mind and connect to our breath, with practice, meditation can open awareness, quiet chaos, improve sleep, and benefit overall health while learning to give ourselves permission to just BE. This class is intended for ages 10 and up, no prior experience needed. Can be taken prior to Mindful Flow yoga.
Mindful Flow Yoga ~ 6:00-7:00pm
Deepen your connection to your body and breath through mindful movement. This class will explore and use a combination of various asanas and practices to improve strength, increase flexibility, and enhance awareness. Please bring your own personal yoga mat, water bottle, and towel – all other equipment will be provided. (extra mats are available if needed).
Schedule: Each Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm at The Wellness Spa.

Free and Open to the Public – Easy to learn Tai Chi and Qigong movements, focused breathing & guided meditation to calm the body and mind and help promote relaxation, internal healing and overall wellness. No experience needed; a different class taught at a beginner level every week, so joining any time is easy and stress-free.
